Pros

—Ambitious briefs that ask fascinating human, cultural, and commercial questions. Projects range from new-to-the-world product/experience/brand launches to redefining and refocusing legacy businesses. The range of these briefs means a well-rounded team and always something to learn. —Exposure to senior clients and pitch work across levels; ample opportunity to sharpen important soft skills outside of the pure work product. —Relatively flat structure means less bureaucracy, more full contact with the work, and with client organizations. —Long-standing, organic client relationships. —A nurturing culture, if you're resourceful and motivated to bring your A-game. There's a new push to build a culture of learning and growth. —Strong WFH/Wellness policies. PTO policy is generous and equal across levels.

Cons

—Project-based work can mean that day-to-day intensity of the work is varied. —Can be seen as a pro or con: Redscout isn't stuck on one structure, and it means that you need to be flexible, scrappy, and resourceful to do your best work. It also means that there's an openness to new ways of thinking and working within team and across the company.

Snacks. Excellent strategy work. Smart humans.

Cons

- Lack of diversity in staff (personality, background, actual diversity) - Lack of diversity in positions/ opportunities beyond strategy - Lack of operational infrastructure and expertise in business / account / project management - Culture is insider rather than inclusive
