SSC OFF – Toxic management, no room for growth or promotions. Leadership lacks employee support, creating a high-pressure environment.

Cons

Bullying, ignorant, lack of trust, not modern thinking at all. Unethical practices, boys club and into hiring mates even if they’ve been sacked previously, not progressive at all.
