Great people to work alongside, good core beliefs and culture, very much feels like a team. The work is also interesting and varied.

Cons

The hours can be on the longer side for operations but you are rewarded for this and the comp is good compared to market.

Not many, just a decent pay

Cons

Retention is terrible and there is people leaving all the time, but management doesn’t care as they think only the best one can survive their fast paced environment Expect IBD hours without the prestige or exit opportunities Clients treat you terrible and expect you do all the tasks they don’t feel like doing Work tasks are extremely repetitive and there isn’t much new stuff to learn after 6 months
