Pros

Good interviewing and onboarding experience. Lots of people with good intentions and genuinely want to be helpful and deliver projects.

Cons

Executive team that is chaotic, prideful and mean. No accountability, dishonest and disingenuous apologies for the sake of saving face. No real plans to do anything of value. No support for the do-ers of the business. Everyone should move on. It's a toxic place.

Pros

The culture and teams when I first started were amazing. It didn't have the work yourself to the bone mentality that many companies have. I enjoyed supporting small artists.

Cons

The don't care about their employees and continue to have layoffs without cosideration for the work that will be left for those that stay. They keep high expenses like offices in expensive cities and international traveling, while underpaying their employees.

Pros

The PEOPLE at Redbubble are truly delightful individuals who embody and contribute to the vibrant culture of the company. Their positivity and enthusiasm shine through in their daily interactions, making every collaboration and discussion a pleasure. They bring a unique blend of creativity, professionalism, and camaraderie to the workplace, fostering an environment where innovation and teamwork thrive.

Cons

Redbubble faces challenges in leadership under its current CEO, who appears to lack the experience and skills necessary to effectively lead and manage a growing company. There is a notable disconnect between strategic vision and operational execution, resulting in stagnant decision-making and unclear direction for the leadership team. The CEO's leadership style may be perceived as reactive rather than proactive, leading to difficulties in setting long-term goals and maintaining employee morale. Moreover, there seems to be a need for more structured leadership training and development at the executive level to improve communication, decision-making processes, and overall organizational effectiveness. Addressing these gaps could potentially strengthen Redbubble's leadership foundation and better position the company for sustained growth and success.

Pros

There's some pretty nice internal tooling. Still possible for individuals to have an impact

Cons

In past 6 months things haven't gone well. Pretty much all benefits stripped - No team lunches. No training budget Managers pushed to resign 2 rounds of redundancies leaving massive knowledge gaps

Pros

The coworkers that I worked with outside of creative team was great.

Cons

The amount of work didn't equate the amount of resources and it was not the best environment to work with especially from the leads.

Pros

- work life balance, flexibility to work from home or the office (no office mandates, just down to employee preference) - team and company culture, regular get togethers - good pay - good opportunities to learn and grow through mentoring and coaching - great mission, supporting artists to do what they love to do - annual equity shares on top of base salary

Cons

- share price currently low - a couple changes in execs recently but this isn’t a con, I’m optimistic about this next growth phase for the company
