The shop staff have always been wonderful to work with, and in my time with the company I learned a great deal from my coworkers. Very strong collaboration and group problem solving from the folks on the floor.
Cons
The strong collaboration skills exhibited by the people building the final product are not shared by company ownership. Pay has been repeatedly late by up to a month+.
Floor staff and Shop Manager are great. The work itself is interesting and challenging for all levels of carpentry skill.
Cons
Ownership/upper management is completely incompetent. Delusional and self serving, they take no accountability for themselves or how they disrespect and disregard their employees.
