      Great work being done, tough place to work sometimes.

      Pros

      Joining a high growth industry, lots to learn, great co-workers, doing something great for the world. Most people join the company because of their passion for the environment and green economy.

      Cons

      Managerial competence is touch and go, HR legal compliance next to non-existent, work-life balance frowned upon dependent on position, benefits mediocre. Essentially management is taking advantage of the economy and people's passion for the work being done to provide many employees with sub-par salaries and working conditions.

      Benefits are legit. Pay is decent ish.

      People are dropping like flies and for good reason. They should have kept the people willing to put up with this toxicity.

      Pros

      Recurve's customers are some of the largest energy utilities - and some of the most progressive community choice aggregators. Working alongside them to advance the clean energy transition is incredibly rewarding. On a personal note, the company is super flexible on work location and trusts us to get the job done, which is refreshing.

      Cons

      The company's recent adjustment to a software-focused play will take time, but it's clearly the right path. The org change last year was rough, but necessary.
