Nice people. They sent employees to a Leadership / Personal Development Bootcamp called Rapport which was pretty good.
Cons
Low pay. Difficult to sell product that isn't a great fit for the market needs/trends. The old CEO was not very accessible despite claiming to have an open-door policy. The current one (David Harden) was a good guy, though I never worked directly under him.
