      Pros

      Unfortunately the disconnected and desolate office environment continues to trump any positives within this company. Once and awhile there would be free food; this however is overshadowed by poor benefits and compensation. Office staff was typically friendly, yet there is a segregated feeling throughout this very small company. I unfortunately do not see much growth in their future.

      Cons

      Horrible pay! Salary in comparison to expectations is atrocious; many workweeks will be greatly over forty hours (personally my record was 78). I never received a bonus for all the extra work. The happiest day of my life was taking a job further north in the medical programming field. My salary went up, yet my expectations and stress level down.

      Pros

      Some staff is nice You will have benefits (somewhat) You may become friends with your customers since you continuously interact with them

      Cons

      No future, just a dead end job Pay is the worst in the industry Management takes off whenever they want sometimes without notice Rude Management Many people that don't know what they are doing Pay gouging Expect you to work overtime when projects are not thought out in advance (may not even be your project)

      Pros

      Training is non-existent you pick it up as you go which I enjoyed but some wouldn't, Smaller work environment (which can go either way also.) Compensation wasn't great but you get the chance to learn a lot and hopefully move on and out with in a few months. Seems to be high turn over from the lack of pay.

      Cons

      Location of the facility terrible to drive to even if you are a few blocks away, work-life balance was terrible expect you to work for free while at home on work related projects. The gossip load for it being such a small office was astounding. Management can be a dice throw on any given day.
