      I absolutely love working at RealREPP! I've been working here for close to 4 years now and I can honestly say this is my dream job. As Recruiters, we take the time to get to know the candidate and the client and find the perfect match for both. It's a very rewarding job and I truly enjoy the ever changing day to day aspects. Not only is the job amazing, but the company culture and benefits are awesome too. RealREPP has created an upbeat and collaborative atmosphere that makes it fun to come to work. They also provide plenty of paid time off for you to enjoy some time away from work as well. RealREPP is a great place to work!

      I have been working at RealREPP for almost 2 years, and... I have never worked in such a supportive and collaborative environment prior to starting at RealREPP. Your colleagues want you to succeed and they push you to get there. We celebrate the wins TOGETHER and mourn the losses TOGETHER. There is an excellent and in-depth training program that has proven successful with myself and my colleagues. And, I have seen the owners continuously work with my coworkers to transition them to roles that better align with their career goals. They inquire about where you want to be, and they check in with you throughout the year to ensure that you are on the track to get there. I could not ask for a better company culture and team-oriented environment to work in!

      Cons

      If you are looking for a typical 9:00am - 5:00pm position, RealREPP is not the right fit for you. We do what we can to make ourselves available for our clients, and we WANT to do just that. You have to understand that in order to produce in this industry, you need to learn how to manage your desk/time -- and if you do, you WILL see results! I have had such a positive experience working at RealREPP and I wouldn't change it for anything :)
