Very committed middle managers who are completely disempowered.
Cons
Focus is on "looking good externally", internally there is no thought to the infrastructure, systems, policies and processes and so many inefficiencies. No concept of the organisation living its values.
No wonder turnover is so high
bullying team cooridnator who has only done the job a couple of months and a manager who has been there less than a year but most of staff have left because she treats you terribly, lies, curses, nasty people. Covering up things that should be brought to social works attention not hide it
None, flakey and disorganised there people who want to do better but the executive team are vague, inexperienced and not focused on the realities they face
Cons
Chaotic, unresponsive- obsessed with vanity projects and not for the people there
