      Interesting work, very supportive of internal learning and growth, respectful of work life balance

      Cons

      Subjective con- Since covid so not much in person interaction but this could also be a pro. Cameras on zoom culture so that can also be a pro or con.

      Very friendly and welcoming people - they genuinely care about one another. Very open to new ideas and being a smaller company, you have a voice and are encouraged to own and run with your ideas.

      Cons

      Not as structured as a larger organization, so if are one who needs everything laid out for you, you may find this a challenge.
