      Pros

      They really care for their employees while still maintaining a great business. They will push you to reach goals and to develop you in your current position and help you prepare and attain desired positions.

      Cons

      If you don't want to learn, do your best, or be pushed out of your comfort zone then this company is not for you. The good thing for them and bad thing for you is they will not give you endless chances (although they will give you at least one more) to get with the program. They do not keep those that are not a great fit around for long.
