Pros

Given a lot of autonomy

Cons

Management is very poor. And HR does not support the lower level employees. They will only ignore your concerns and issues with management until you have no choice but to leave.

Toxic culture and bad dynamics

Pros

Salary is marginally above average

Cons

I used to working in the commercial banking arm of this Company. Working at this company was a challenging experience. The work environment is heavily influenced by a specific cultural dynamic, which may not feel inclusive to everyone. Unfortunately, the company culture felt toxic at times, with instances of unprofessional behavior from some of the leadership team. Certain Vice Presidents exhibited behaviors that could be perceived as racially biased and problematic, which created a difficult and uncomfortable atmosphere for employees. I would not recommend this company to others unless significant improvements are made to foster a more inclusive, respectful, and healthy work culture.
