      Pros

      Strong product portfolio that’s well respected in the biopharma industry. Good autonomy in managing accounts and developing client relationships. Opportunities to learn technical aspects of fluid path components and expand industry knowledge. Supportive colleagues who are collaborative and willing to share expertise.

      Cons

      Processes can be slow and sometimes overly bureaucratic. Limited formal training — much of the learning is self-driven. Compensation and benefits are competitive, but not industry-leading. Workload can spike heavily around quarter-end, leading to long hours.
