Pros

One office in Goa but it is also gone now.

Cons

1. Incompetent people at higher positions - It goes from Leads to Frontend HOD (SK) till CTO of the company who is unskilled, amateur in taking tech decisions and running a company/business 2. 0 Job Security - You can be suddenly fired with no notice, reason being cost cutting etc. 3. Extremely Idiot Project Managers - Projects managers are the reason why lot of people got fired due to performance, they have no idea what things take time to develop and what do not. 4. Screentshot monitor - They run Screenshot monitor on your device which takes screenshot in every 2-3 minutes 5. Sudden Termination - On the basis of screenshots if your screenshots has something suspicious they will terminate you on the basis of moonlighting even if you weren't doing moonlighting. 6. Frequent Layoffs - Its in their business strategy 7. Work Life Balance is brutally killed- Regular many hours of stretching/overtime will be there . You will be working weekends (especially in last 2-3 months of the project) with 0 comp off. 8. THIS IS THE WORST - After mass laying off people second time, in the notice period (2 months) of those laid off employees they started giving Terminating dhamkees and putting many people in PIP (Performance improvement plan for 5 days after which termination is sure) if they didn't work full time in their client projects. 9. Even before completion of 2 months of those laid off people they had terminated many of them instantly for not working full time in notice period ... ... There are many more so can't list all of the cons. MORAL OF THE STORY - Don't come here, sit at home if you're not getting a job. Grab more skills, apply somewhere else, you will surely get a good job very soon

Pros

1.not a good company for senior engineers 2. wfh 3. working in web3 domain 4. peers are supportive.

Cons

1. Absolutely no transparency in communication between the management and the employees. One fine day you can try logging in to your project and find out that your account is disabled. This is how you are informed that you no longer would be working with the project. 0 days notice. 2. They dont have projects so learning is less. they will ask you to learn things on your own. 3. They basically create MVP in 90 days. so really dont care about scaling, code structure, low level code etc. all projects are monolithic irrespective to incoming network traffic. 4. not good for senior devs. 5. they recently laid off 30% off their employee so no job security. 6. they working with same tech in all project. 7. senior management knows nothing except politics.

Pros

The people who work here are nice but that’s about it.

Cons

If you need work done, you’re much better off finding freelance work. Horrible internal communication. Low quality work. Development team is mediocre at best. Audit reports regularly show tons of mistakes. Some are very simple mistakes that had to be pointed out to devs. Rapid makes no effort to fix them. Direct quote from client “UI is trash lmao”. Salary is also embarrassingly low. You would probably get paid more working at McDonald’s. You might feel more embarrassed to work at McDonald’s, but that’s only because no one has heard of Rapid.
