      Not a great place to work

      Pros

      Most of the office staff was okay I got a paycheck

      Cons

      -No training -Nobody could decide who my boss was, so in turn everybody was my boss -Employees in the field weren't made to follow ordering guidelines, which led to huge problems -Expected to field work calls on my personal cell phone 24/7 without compensation. When I asked to be compensated, I was told "in this day and age, your expected to have a cell phone." -12+ hour days weren't uncommon -Expected to pay for everything with a credit card over the phone, when I had no copy of a company card

      They pay competitive wages and have plenty of work (for now).

      Cons

      Opportunity is scarce outside of "their inner circle" and their greedy ambitions create a poisonous work home imbalance for employees.

      Great Family company to work for!

      Pros

      Very family orientated and understanding. I went through some tought times at RFP and they stuck with me through it all. They not only understood my sistuations, they were there for emotonal support. I am glad that i was able to work for such a class act company. Also, waffle Wednesday is a huge perk!

      Cons

      All in all, i don't have any cons, they were a great company to work for. If there was one issue, it would be parking space.
