Pros

Fast paced, plenty of room for learning.

Cons

- Poor Risk and Compliance culture. Growth at all costs. Compliance seen as a blocker internally rather than a lever for competition and growth. - Strategic direction at the top is very poor. Compete on price even at a loss and copy features from competitors is the only visible plan. - Real Customer needs never understand or planned around. Throw things at a wall to see what sticks is the standard approach. - Resource poor. No one in the company is actually doing the job they are hired or skilled for, they are doing that job and 2-3 other peoples jobs who were let go and not backfilled meaning nothing is really getting done properly. Burnout is present across every function.

Pros

Everyone is so welcoming, the culture is fantastic, it is a start-up and there is a lot of work, but it really rewarding. Management are really supportive in all aspects, not only with just work. But support you as a person as well. Can't talk more highly of Ramp Network.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any.

Pros

Apologies, but there are no advantages to working for this company.

Cons

- The management quality is lacking in essential skills such as people management, soft skills, professionalism, respect, and equal treatment. - The company appears to prioritize favoritism, where individuals who agree with their manager, regardless of the relevance or intelligence of their ideas, are more likely to receive quick promotions(no matter if they are lack of the relevant knowledge). - There is a high turnover rate, and the company lacks a supportive "We Are Family" startup environment, treating employees as mere numbers or robots. The primary focus seems to be on profit, often leading to overburdening employees with excessive workloads (resembling modern slavery). IMPORTANT!!! --> It is advised to carefully consider joining this company if you value your mental well-being and self-respect!!!!
