      Pros

      Takes good care of immigration needs for employees in a timely manner. They have a good marketing team in finding projects for their employees. My experience is that the management shows a sincere interest in employees and solutions to their problems, guidance, continuous coaching for better results, makes a substantial contribution to the growth of the organization.
