The company's commitment to promoting heart health through innovative products aligns perfectly with my passion for making a positive impact on the health of the countries that we operate in. There can be challenging periods of time throughout the year but overall, the work-life balance is great, with flexibility to work from home when needed. The hierarchical structure is relatively flat which means that people have lots of opportunities to have their voice heard and can make a difference.

There can sometimes be a disconnect between HQ and the local teams but senior leadership are working hard to improve the lines of communication between all teams
