You will meet a lot of great people who will love and support you.

There wasn't anyone to properly integrate me into this role. I had to figure out a lot of things by myself and with the help of the supervisor.

Raffa Response

We do expect a lot of our people and I do believe we have come a long way in our orientation process but it could always better. I realize it is the toughest time for an employee and we want the experience of that first few weeks to be as enjoyable as possible. And it is the responsibility of one's supervisor(s) to be there to help out.

Some people are nice but some are not and can get very micro managing which does not work for Me!

Cons

It's not even the firm that is petty but it's the people who are in the upper management try to control your personal life. How dare you question someone's health ability or why they need to work from home once a week or at times, yet these people do it ALL the time!! Is it because of your entitlement?? There's one in particular who works from home all the time and they only been with the company now for two years but you have ones that are not in upper management that's been here for over 10 years plus and they can't get that benefit either!! What has this world come too!

-Amazing Team -Great Leadership -love the people I work with -President and CEO have a mission of social impact and practice what they preach -Built on Impact and truly care about it -Great Culture -Pretty good about working with you on schedule if you need to be remote

Cons

-the office is nice, but definitely a corporate office -expected to be in the office 8:30-6, but the partners are nice and will work with you and make exceptions if you ask
