Pros

Only one thing is good that is they give good training to trainees.

Cons

1) They don't have enough Project to utilize their resources. 2)Increment Process: As per market standard and peers companies, they don't reward their employee. They do not follow standard process of Appraisal. They just do whatever they feel like. No transparent process for appraisal. And if one dare to ask they just unnecessarily bother that person basically all the management persons are liars and have good skill of manipulation. They do not even conduct appraisal process on time. 3) Managers think that denying leaves to their employees is their right. No matter what urgency you have you can't take leave without pleasing your seniors. 4) The worst thing is that if any day you decide to leave this organization for your own betterment then these people have some policies to pay such a huge amount in name of ARI. Moreover, you also need to return the amount of Appraisal which you got before that too on monthly basis. Basically they are pro in trapping people. 4) They credit the salaries on 10th of each month. Which obviously is jot feasible for everyone. According to the payment of wages act they must pay salaries by 7th of every month but they do not follow these rules made by government they have their own rules. Eg:if you are joining as fresher in jan 2023: They will force you to sign the bond of two and half years including training and the bond amount will be 2.5 lakhs. They also extendas training period from 6 to 7-8 months. After that you might be onboarded to any project in august which has no surity then the Appraisal cycle will fall in october as per their policy ( ultimately your first increment will be after 1 year and 2 month, this year appraisal came in november because they completed the process late) After first Increment you are not well paid in comparison of the new joinee at that time. And if you plan to leave after bond then also you have to pay ARI in some cases the ARI exceeds 50000 INR also. and if you got the appraisal that too you have to return. And you will not be called to discuss for your appraisal no meeting nothing you will have to keep waiting until the process is done and no one(HR, project manager, RH) will be interested to address this issue. 6) They are ok to pay more amount to junior in comparison to the seniors who are working for over three years. Especially fornseniors there might be possibility that u are getting paid less than your junior. 7) Most of the people re frustrated with the management aftet this year Appraisal but they can't discuss with anyone because if they do management just try to intimidate you. Suggestion for freshers: they give you good training but do not pay nice salary. And if you dare to ask they will just say just focus on work not on money. So just do not join this organization. You will not get recognition for your talent. This organization is the best example of poor leadership and management.

Pros

Good Place to Learn but only if you can survive the oppressing of your TLs and PMs.

Cons

Bad TLs and PMs. They themselves have laptop but wont give it to the employees and whenever they wish they just take WFH if they are having slightest of pain in their stomach and force other employees to come even if they are severely in pain. They dont approve yoyr leaves till the last day. asked one of my colleague to resign when she asked for Leaves for marriage of her own. No maternity leaves were given to other one. Even in the heaviest of rains the Managers were working from home but asked developers to come to office. Holidays : No holiday on Gandhi Jayanti, No holiday on Uttrayan, No holiday even on the Election day, No holiday on janmastmi. All this despite being in Gujarat State. Bond: They have a bond of Rs 2.5L for 2 yrs even for the experienced people. and you have to pay the increment amount if you are not leaving in Oct month Increment : very minimal as compared to other companies, and they added a variable pay in name of performance pay where you are give points on the basis of project allocation. Now the front face to the client is TL as they dont introduce the freshers to the clients and give 100% job allocation to the TLs and 0 to fresher who do the actual work. so in actual you get 0 increment. You are expected to sit for late hours after office even if your complete your task on time and if you don't they consider you as not hardworking enough. THE LIST IS LONG AND I CAN WRITE FOREVER, SO MAKE A WISE DECSION AND NOT GET TRAPPED IN THIS COMPANY

Pros

You will learn few lessons like - You should not join company with policies like Radixweb - Never join company who will tell to sign a bond from even experienced person - You will learn that nobody cares for you - Never just look at the infrastructure of company. Discuss about the culture, policies and work environment of company with their employees before joining - You will face stubborn team leads, project managers and HR manager so you will learn to deal with these kind of people in future

Cons

So many cons here, I may forgot to mention all of them here but I will try to mention few major cons here. 1. High bond amount. For freshers as well as experienced 2. Strict timing on Monday and Friday 3. Lower salary standards 4. Less increment 5. ARI policy 6. Worst exit policy ever ..... You will get your Experience and Relieving letter after 45 days additional after serving 2 months of notice period. I don't know why 7. If you resign you will have to pay large amount of money back to the company. Wow, you are great 8. When you resign in bond period, they will ask you to submit bond amount. When you give them a cheque, very next day they will submit it into the bank and take that amount. How eager they are to take money from their employees. 9. On the last day you will have to tell HR that, hey today is my last day so please start my exit process. They just don't care about you if you are in notice period 10. They tell that training will be of 6 months for freshers but it will definitely go upto 7 to 8 months. 11. No good leaders, specially in development team from which you can learn something. Some team leads are just by experience not by knowledge 12. No matter how many years you have spent with the company but once you resign and go through the exit process, I swear you will hate this company and exit with no regret. 13. Employees here are always keen to leave this company and eagerly waiting to complete bond period 14. I don't think that employee's dedication towards the company matters here 15. Every event they organise is just for marketing purpose only. Nothing else 16. If you pay them the bond amount they will happily take it as if it is their right to do 17. Last but not the least - If you ID card is not working when scanning which is provided by the company itself, you will have to pay ___ Rupees (Not mentioning the amount) to the company for new ID card even if it is not damaged by you. I don't have words for this now
