Management
The management is not very good at communication, don't work towards instilling a sense of ownership or the healthiest atmosphere to work in. There's a fair amount of internal politics and favoritism. If you are in the "in group", you will definitely have a better time at the company. Management also tends to hire their relatives in a few roles.
Over the course of an year, the company went from having two co CEOs to the CTO (and co founder) becoming the CEO.
Compensation
They offer a decent base pay for the location but don't expect to get a raise or a bonus since a performance review process is virtually non-existent unless you push them for it.
