      NOT a disgruntled former employee

      Pros

      *Opportunity to work with smart people. *75% of the employees are legit. *I enjoyed attending meeting with the CEO and some of the leadership. These meeting was very informative. *CTO is the best . He cares about his team and he is easily respected. *Opportunity to work from home *Quarterly bonus *Holiday party is fancy

      Cons

      *This place is dirty. There are rats and bugs. *Health insurance sucks. This is not employee centered. (At my current job, I pay half of what I paid at RxNT) *Parking lot is not the best. There were few car accidents. *Not many places to eat around. *Few people have racist comments. That is NOT professional. *The CEO is scary at times. He has a temper and will yell in front of others. *One particular manager is terrible. She micromanages and is a bully. She is very difficult to work with. She is controlling and rude. She is toxic to the culture. She changes the direction 15 times, when it is all her idea. But makes you do all the work. She isn’t respected and liked by many. A lot of people left because of her. Please invest in people who brings a good culture before the good ones all leave because one particular egg.

      This is the second complaint in two weeks from the same disgruntled former employee so take this review with a grain of salt. RxNT was recently added to the nation's fastest-growing companies (Inc 5000) for a reason. This review was written by a disgruntled former employee, not a current employee as indicated. The substance of the review is unkind and without merit. Our company is operated by a dedicated team of employees that have earned the company a stellar reputation in the health care IT industry. It is unfortunate that the unhappy few find it necessary to attempt to tarnish the hard work of the majority.

      AKA RxNT Great place to start, not a long term career choice

      Pros

      if you are looking to get involved in the healthcareIT industry, this can be an easy start to gain a general level of experience and learn where you want to gain expertise

      Cons

      please be careful of who to trust, the culture is very judgmental and cliquey, you will be asked to do unethical tasks. This company has been around for a while, but claims to be the 1st DEA approved e-prescribing solution. Which is not true, there are patents that prove otherwise.
