If you want to work in a high school environment this place is for you, management on the sales floor are shocking and behave like teenagers, there’s a lot of gossip culture going on. The day you get paid often varies which goes against what’s stated in your contract. Terrible job turnover, almost everyone there was still in their probation period as people are constantly walking out on the job, I could count on one hand how many people had been there for longer than a year. Make sure you get on top of your commission because sometimes you won’t get paid the commission you’re owed. RVA are notorious for scamming businesses so I would recommend reading up on some of the articles about RVA Surveyors before accepting an interview here.

Company going downhill managers and directors terrible. Commission is out of your control up to the reps. Terrible company to work do mass sackings.
