Pros
Work with animals, The people. Nursing animals back into health and seeing them off into their new families.
Cons
I don't think management realised how hard it was to adequately care for each animal you had for the day. 1 person for 15+ dogs is havoc, This goes hand in hand with trying to be on time with every medication/feed/walk . If you don't have the mental/physical strength I wouldn't try animal attending. Upper management make the big decisons regarding animals and it definitely caused some strife amongst the group.
