      There is nothing positive about the company to share

      Cons

      No work life balance. The company expects to work very hard but payment is very low compare to the market. Employees are highly micro managed. No chance for career growth. It is a culture where managers use employees to cover up their problem (Managers likely blame employees for the mistakes they made. Innocent, hard working, and productive employee might get fired for nothing). Benefits sucks.
