      Salary, OK work/life balance, pay

      Cons

      Poor management, poor company culture, higher management looked down upon sector of company that was not their expertise, company structure not efficient i.e top heavy with management and project managers, extremely strict when it came to billing hours, archaic methods of micromanagement lead to inefficient use of employees time, while salary was good, overall insurance and benefits were poor

Involvement in a wide variety of projects that keep the work engaging and help expand your skill set. Friendly and supportive team culture that makes collaboration easy and enjoyable

      I have not experienced any significant downsides. Overall, it has been a positive and supportive work environment.
