      There were some great people there, most have left..

      Cons

      The management is a total mess, very inexperience and kind of crazy. The tech side in Canada seems good but I was in SF which couldn't have been a worse professional experience. Also the positive reviews are clearly fake, other than the two senior guys there isn't anyone in the SF office who doesn't hate it.

      Pros

      There is a lot of potential for the engineering team. They are the real deal. Best case scenario for the company is the engineering team is acquihired for their AI talent.

      Cons

      ROSS' executive team in SF have no regards for their employees, clients, or product. Big egos and poor hiring. Just because they were treated poorly when they were in the legal world for their short time period as lawyers doesn't mean they should continue that treatment.

      Good at getting press, and smart technology.

      Cons

      Customer facing team was jerked around, lacked direction, and input often ignored by CEO. Major communication problems and unwilling to have conversations about these problems. Frat-like culture.
