Beer at cost, literally the only perk.

Cons

Where to begin? Under investigation by the labor board, no maintenance done on the trucks, no holidays off (they just switch one of your weekend days off with the holiday), they promote lazy and incompetent people into middling management roles, despite doing it for so long they don’t seem to know how to run a distributorship effectively... the list goes on

Company car, fuel card, sales incentives to out of state destinations and out of country destinations, yearly performance bonus', monthly bonus'.

Cons

Work/life balance. On call constantly. Some account owners are a challenge to deal with on the best of days. Constant cycle of send in beer/check dates/trade out beer.
