      Close to public transportation for easy commute.

      No work-life balance. Pushing the blame around culture. No prospect of career advancement if you’re not connected.

      Join if you want to work with retirees who couldn't care less about helping you.

      Cons

      Incompetent Singapore Country Head who is only concerned about himself, in every way. Complete lack of presence, management ability, financial knowledge, business sense, organisation skill, and everything a CEO should have. Singapore branch is the unfortunate neglected step-son-in-law with no budget to implement anything or hire anyone remotely competent, and yet saddled with ridiculous targets and projects without the necessary support or expertise from HQ.
