RE2 is a fast-paced, innovative and challenging place to work. Employees here are brilliant and friendly, and it's awesome to be a part of a team that is creating technologies that are dedicated to saving and improving lives. They also foster a flexible, family-first work/life balance, which is rare in many other companies.

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say about this company. I've found my entire experience to be a positive one.

Pros

RE2 is a place where there are "no stupid questions." Everyone contributes to team decisions and all ideas are considered and encouraged. A flexible work/family schedule is a HUGE benefit as employees won't miss out on other important things in life; family time.

Cons

If you don't like working in an environment where you can speak freely, have your voice heard, make suggestions to better improve our products to help our company grow, have a work/family flexible work schedule, then unfortunately RE2 is not the place for you.
