      Alright but no advancement

      Pros

      Overtime and incentives. Good pay for the area. Very understanding about weather. Always provided pot lucks and food. Good freebies.

      Cons

      Favoritism. Very picky. Almost never passed the phone audit standards. Management picks favorites and that is how they choose who advances.

      Pay was good. Hours were ok at times

      Cons

      Working in the dark and cold. They will act like you matter to them only if you're selling as much as they want you to sell. When I was let go it was put in as I left on my own so they didn't have to pay me unemployment. Would not recommend working for RCN to anyone.
