      Nothing. Would have given negative ratings if it would have been possible. If you ever get a call from this company then destroy your phone. I mean it.😂😂😂

      1) Biased management. 2) Insane politics. 3) No respect of employees. 4) Low pay. 5) Very bad working culture. 6) Salary deduction without any proper reason. 7) HR policies always favor the management. 8) Disgusting mess and inedible lunch. 9) No prior information is given about HR and management policies. 10) Opinions of only a selected few employees matter in this company and only these employees get a good or satisfactory appraisal/increment 11) Zero growth, Nothing.

      You will learn all the nasty politics and how to implement that in your life. 1. They will make you work 24*7, day and night 2. Won't give you any credit or acknowledgment or appreciation 3. They only care about their egos minds and client's money 4. They have a good reputation for holding back employees' salaries and vendors' money 5. It won't be heard even if you raise your voice. Because goons run the entire company. 6. Only the people with Sugar coating and licking habits will succeed here. Worst part is they dominate on their employees even after using them for years.

      Nothing CTO is a good person but he is not in good circumstances (* I experienced)

      Cons

      Need to change their CEO then only the company can grow. The CEO (AS) was a kid when he became the CEO of the organization that's why either he should learn managerial skills, communication skills or the company should give the charge to an experienced person and under whom the current CEO (AS) will learn how to work and how to behave.
