Pros
During my interview they told me that they understand life's priorites - God, family, then work, and they have really stood by it. Management tries to be as flexible as they can be. Managers and employees really care about their customers. All of the managers have been with the company for 12-30 years and understand the industry and their products and services. Their health insurance plan is good. I hear others talk about what they have for insurance and I feel very fortunate that I work for a company that still pays such a large part of the premium.

Pros
Best company culture I've ever sen, and by a large amt. The roots of it all come from the Ops Director, who is well-deservedly a Vice-President with the company. The passion for the job that she puts out is positively radient. The Office Manager is really on top of their game.
Cons
If you are remote, you're an outsider, and almost nothing can be done about it. It is too bad because even getting a tenth of that commeradere they have there, makes you much thirsty for more. They're amost all long-term employees. Like in management, literally ALL of them. (Which is a good thing...a very, very good thing...)
