Pros

Travel perks. Get to be a part of large, well known events.

Cons

Pay is not great, though in line with similar roles in the market. Benefits are not great and HR is horrible at giving full information about your benefits and extremely unhelpful in general. Hired on as unlimited PTO but HR won't approve anything over 3 weeks and company is relatively restrictive on when these days can be used. 8 days of holidays. 401k match is 4%. Company will give $1000/yr towards an HSA if you have one. No upwards mobility available. Get what you need out of the job and move on.
