Huge amount of instability and change in terms of personnel and direction. CEO is very overbearing and over-present, expect to endure long unnecessary team calls with him frequently. Although extremely driven, it demonstrates a lack of trust in staff and ability to delegate effectively which is tough on company moral. Priorities are shifted, picked up and dropped with such urgency and so frequently that you end up at a loss as to where to actually put your time. On a given day it's anyone's guess which of these the CEO might decide to roast various team members on.

The CEO is just a complete nightmare. He makes decisions based on no knowledge of the products or clients of Quark. He feels like his previous experience makes him always right, even though his other experience is in different types of companies at different times in their lifecycle. He fires people left and right if they don't agree with him or meet his unrealistic and ever changing daily expectations. Takes credit for anything he can even when he had nothing to do with it. Changes his mind every other week depending on how he woke up. Shouts at employees, tells them they cannot do their job, even though they have years of experience selling Quark Solutions, and then makes them take pointless training. When he joined he fired the majority of senior managers, & moved roles to India to make a profit. Makes employees feel on a daily basis that they could be next on the chopping block. The only opinion he values is his own. Do not take the positive reviews in the last few months as the truth.
