The Expedition DI product line was one of the most interesting and fun aspects of the company. For a design engineer there was an interesting variety of products to design and develop. A casual atmosphere and fun likeable employees.
Cons
Top management not stable. Had five different presidents and about as many vice presidents in a five year window. Developing products for sale to the military has a very long time horizon and budget cutbacks happen even in the military, making it an even tougher business to be in.
