      Do not fall for this trap hole. Get this company blacklisted in your college.

      None of the employee can write any

      Cons

      1. Not enough Leaves. You've to work on National holidays, festivals, Saturdays. 2. Surveillance. They are watching you whatever you do inside office and making a excel report of your activities to use it against you. 3. Sandwich Leave Policy. If sunday falls between your leaves, then salary cut for sunday. 4. Even if you're hired as a Analyst, they can put you in developer team. It's all random. They do not care what you want. 6. Zero learning. Poor training program. You won't find a decent job after you quit here. Can write an essay but these many must be enough to make a decision. I falled for this company. I hope you don't.

      Pros

      Work life balance for sure you will get incompetent manager and they will be busy in meeting with MD everyday so they will not bother you for work

      Cons

      Felt like I was working in a company where MD will treat you as his servant He is paying you so you have to come on weekends also Zero learning Everything in company is controlled by so called MD Please don't take any decision based on good reviews here because they ask current employee to give 5/4 rating on glassdoor For honest review/opinion just search ex employee on linkedin and ask all your queries to him/her

      1. Gives freedom to work with US client independently.

      Cons

      1. Orthodox management and incompetent team coordinators. 2. Number of Saturdays off is equal to number of years you have spent on this company. 3. You have to sign more commitments , clawbacks and bond contracts agreements in this company than the derivatives contracts trading in the stock market 4. Stability >>>>>>> talented employees
