Pros
- Lots of autonomy. - Freedom to experiment with tools that will actually help solve issues. - Very skilled employees, everyone here is good at what they do. - A cool product that has the potential to dramatically change the face of data quality in the modern age - Multi-Cloud environments supported, so you get a lot of experience very quickly - A pleasant and Enjoyable deployment pipeline using a very modern approach - Management are all supportive and care about their employees
Cons
- Targets move sometimes when it feels like everything has been set. This happens with startup culture, but be aware of it if you're particularly sensitive to it. - Management is not always good at communicating when priorities have changed - Be prepared for emergency deployments, often on Thursdays or Fridays. Although the deployment process has been transcribed to a checklist and is pretty painless, and this isn't necessarily common, it is something to keep in mind.
