They are a new, small company but they listen to their employees and work very hard to make them happy. There were a few different benefit changes while I was there, but each time it was better and better. You could talk to the President and CEO like he was a friend, and the whole executive staff were very approachable and very nice.
Cons
Any con would be something that was beyond their control, because they support the Federal Government.
