      Always Something Changing, Rarely Improving

      You're exposed to evolving workflows and systems.

      Cons

      Things change often. That's not necessarily bad... until you realize the changes don't always make things better. You adjust to one setup, then it shifts. You adjust again. Then again. And at some point you stop expecting improvement and just... adapt. Because what else are you going to do? It's not chaotic, exactly. Just unstable in a way that makes it hard to feel confident in anything staying the same for long.
