      Safe good salary, good for yes-men always considering the political attitude of the shareholders. go for it if you are searching for a permanent parcelled job and you like gossip, politics and endless meetings, more than real performance

      Cons

      minimum meritocracy, low independence and entrepreneur spirit, the real focus is no politics and performance oriented people can get frustrated. management is recently driven by kuwaitis with work ethics below standard
