Pros
Onboarding was quick obviously coz I already had the opportunity and they couldn't keep a client waiting.
Cons
Terrible Pay, NO Renegotiations on contracts, NO PTO or Sick days, non responsive directors and recruiters who take their own sweet time and rarely ever respond to emails. Totally incapable staff managing your TERRIBLE benefits. I could barely endure them for a year and couldn't wait to switch but the market conditions didn't help the situation else I'd leave at my 6 month mark.
