Great location, with some talented individual contributors.

Cons

Lots of self-managed, loose cannons. Terrible Middle Management/Snr Management NO HR department- a massive red flag No Account Management Boring, self-centred, single-vision recruiting In my short time there and soon after I walked out (literally) I saw most of the best talent leave.
