Pros

Central location, 10 minutes to CBD. Near to MRT and bus stop. Quiet working environment. HR policy give you $100 parent care and $300 training subsidy. You must be proactive to use, your own responsibility.

Cons

Low code quality standards, work that is full of mistakes. Few or rare code reviews. Developers are not held accountable, all the fixes go to Support, who r drowning and working overtime and also take shortcuts with poor patches. Vicious cycle of mistakes and unhappy customer. Management will enforce 2 month notice period (reasons: "special" project) even though normal time is 1 month. Because I am foreigner and do not want to risk any bad blood with Singapore employer, I pay one month's salary to get out quickly and start my new job.
