Pros

The only pro was finding enough respect for myself to quit.

Cons

The management is an absolute joke. You can sacrifice time with your family, your health and well being, your dignity and still not be good enough. No matter how hard you apply yourself you are still looked upon as dog crap. The ONLY thing this company cares about is looking good to the state. They will login under your information and change your client notes, and incident reports to make themselves look better. Then if there are any repercussions of their shady actions its the staffs fault. Please from the bottom of my heart go the other direction. DO NOT put yourself through the hell of working here. P.S. In just this last month the company has lost over 10 employees all complaining about management and their shady actions.

Benefits, taking great care of clients, staff appreciation, monthly house meetings, having support from management.

Cons

If in management you are on call which is hard with work life balance. Expectations are always set in interviews and training to give clarity to employees.
