Somewhat flexible working arrangements and somewhat convenient office location
Cons
Any write ups about culture refer to a time long gone. This place is depressing to work at and has been treating people like a commodity since 2022 without the benefit of providing competitive salaries to make up for the nasty atmosphere. There is immense disorganisation, inequality and tunnel vision from many corners of the business. You would need to be blind not to see how the energy has been sucked out of the place over the last two years and it just gets worse.
