      Good environment, and solid pay

      Pros

      Managers are great, and help whenever needed. Can work remote without micromanagement.

      Cons

      No yearly raises, and when you get one it's no more than $0.50. Bonus structure is nearly impossible to hit. If you mess up one time, say good bye to your bonus. Upper management makes you do more and more without a raise in pay.

      Work from home, nothing else really.

      They don't pay enough for the demands; they are exploiters, and they also save a lot of money by paying in Latin America.
