Best and hardest working people first to be fired and/ or reprimanded first. Safety severely declined over the past 3 months. No consistent policies or procedures. Upper management makes up the rules as the need. Promotes a family atmosphere which cannot be further from the truth. Company is very firm on do as I say not as I do attitude and actions. Cannot put into words how high the turnover rate is. When they get tired of you they fire you. Very unstable place to work
