Pros

Literally none. Waste of time.

Cons

Where to even begin? The company is absolutely run by a mob-esque crazy man who is not legally allowed to be part of the company and will ask you for "loyalty" and can't pay bills on time if at all. In sales and marketing, his random ideas from the 70s are what goes, no matter what anyone else says. He hires and fires on whims. He consistently says things that sound legally shady. It sounds like the company may be facing deep money troubles and at BEST is planning to never turn a profit and instead "show growth" and go public asap...as though WeWork never happened. They have basically no paying customers yet. If you don't meet Jossef, don't take a job. If you do and you still think it's a good idea...don't say I didn't warn you.

Pros

I wish I could think of a single one, but can't. On second thought, there will be a review the exact opposite of the truth posted soon after this one by one of the morons inside the company

Cons

I don't know how much space there is for con's but there are many - Mgt spends money for personal benefit, without the benefit to the company - Hostile, toxic environment - Broken promises and constant lies - inept management constantly watching what you are doing - favoritism - revolving door with employees, constant hiring and firing of employees, unless one of the favorites you won't be around long - Verbally abusive management - retaliation if your ideas are different - technology doesn't make sense - vendors hate us because bills are paid late, if lucky - no leadership, not even sure who is the leader and many are mouthpieces or puppets of others - incompetence - disorganized, no vision, direction except how to continue the lies - leadership is laughable and exhibit no leadership Unless you are desperate please, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

Pros

Most of the colleagues were great people

Cons

Bad bad bad management ! Very bad! The ceo shouldn’t be allowed to talk to people and need to take anger management workshop or something .. yells at everyone at the office and talks in a demeaning way about anyone and everyone. Working their felt like working in a sweatshop ! The salary doesn’t justify working 16 hours a day. You need to ask even after 12 hours if you can go home ! You need to ask if you can be excused to go the the restroom. Never saw anything like it . 90% of the employees didn’t pass the 4 month working there. Every month you need to check your paycheck for “ mistakes” No work life balance
